Knowledgepool, the strategic learning partner and expert in apprenticeships, has been recognised as “Good” in a recent Ofsted inspection.
This rating demonstrates Knowledgepool’s strong capability as the main apprenticeships provider to a range of leading Financial Services institutions, the Civil Service and wider Public Sector. Knowledgepool delivers impressive outcomes for its clients, in one example achieving a 20% increase in retention of customer services staff through apprenticeships. Whilst at one bank, the business and its client enjoy the highest success rates for apprentices completing their programmes in the industry. Within the report by Ofsted, Knowledgepool, part of Capita Plc, was rated “Outstanding” for its approach to personal development, behaviour and welfare.
In addition, Knowledgepool’s staff were praised for being well qualified, carefully selected and with the extensive industry experience which directly benefits apprentices and learners. It is noted that Knowledgepool carries out rigorous performance quality reviews both on its own programmes and those of its subcontractors. The report highlights Knowledgepool’s quality of teaching, learning and assessment, which is reflected in its learners’ high achievement rates.
